Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This notice is provided under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law, Connecticut’s consumer health data provisions and similar laws. It covers consumer health data that SoberHub collects through the SoberHub app, soberhub.life and share.soberhub.life. Our general Privacy Policy describes everything else.

1. Consumer health data we collect, and why

2. Where it comes from
- You, when you create an account, enter a sobriety date, write notes, or use the meeting finder.
- Your device, when the app records usage events, crash reports and diagnostic logs.

We have no affiliates. We also disclose consumer health data when the law requires it, as described in section 7.3 of the Privacy Policy.
4. We do not sell consumer health data
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may ask us to confirm whether we collect, share or sell consumer health data about you; to see it; to receive a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it, with their contact information; to have it deleted, including from our processors, backups and archives within the time the law allows; and to withdraw any consent you gave.
To exercise these rights, email legal@soberhub.life or delete your account in the app (Profile → Danger Zone). We will verify that you control the account and respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response within 30 days; we will answer the appeal within 45 days and tell you how to contact the Attorney General of your state.
